AERION Program for Military Women
For active and veteran women in all branches of the military.
Three Saturdays a month: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Proof of military status is required. Each session is 3 Saturdays.

Work with a unique perspective utilizing horses and creative expression.
The Areion program uses an exciting new approach that incorporates Gestalt coaching and creative expression. Each participant meets for 3 Saturdays a month with only 2 participants at each session to ensure each woman gets the attention she needs to heal and progress.

A Hero's Journey - With Horses
A Hero's Journey With Horses is a workshop in self-discovery. Created by Lauren Munger, this work is for all ages, for families, adolescents, teens and adults. It is beautifully orchestrated with group and individual exercises and interactions between the horses and the humans, all conducted on the ground. The horses are invited to shed light upon the actions of the humans which offers insight to behaviors and attitudes that affect relationships. Tools are taught in the areas of leadership and communication and experiences are provided addressing fear and trust. The results create intimacy between the horses and participants and between the participants themselves which often causes a shift in the experience that each individual has of themselves and reveals new choices and ways of being. A fun yet meaningful and often profound experience of oneself in relation to others, this workshop is a must for anyone who is seeking a better understanding of themselves and who has a desire to discover their very own Hero inside.
Dream Workshop
You lay down to go to sleep, and then it happens. The same dream, whether it is a nightmare or not. Explore how your subconscious or intuition is trying to tell you something. Discover the hidden meanings of your dreams by bringing them to life with the help of horses.
You can also learn the technique of lucid dreaming, also referred to as active dreaming, or conscious dreaming. This is different from daydreams, in which daydreams are conscious thoughts you have while awake. Lucid dreaming allows you to be in control of your dreams while your body is asleep, and to bring solutions to your conscious mind.

Ever had that gut feeling...?
You are out walking for exercise and get a strong feeling of uneasiness in the pit of your stomach. You later find out there was an accident on your walking route, right where you would have been at that time. Or perhaps when you are about to give a presentation to a room full of people you just know the mood of the group and can adjust your presentation style accordingly. Or maybe, looking at your pet, you find that you start seeing images, hearing words, or sensing their feelings.....

Painting with the Ponies!
Come on out and meet your muse! After meeting each horse and spending a little time with your muse, you break out the brushes and let your imagination run wild.
This workshop is for anyone, you don't have to know how to paint or draw. This is not about doing the next Rembrandt or Picasso, it's about creating YOUR next masterpiece.
Designated Saturdays or Sundays from 9 a.m. -11 a.m. Times are subject to change based on weather and time of year. Dates will be announced here and through the Equisyn facebook page.
Canvas and paints are provided. You must wear closed toed shoes when on the farm.
